The Leadership and Management Team of the church are committed, in line with our church vision, to enable you to have the life of Christ in abundance:

to lead a fulfilled and fruitful life.
The Leadership and Management Team serve you, with the primary aim of helping you to lead a full, effective, godly life. To this end we seek to:
envision you — to cast a vision that excites you and stimulates your full participation
empower you — to find and use your gifts, passions and abilities in God’s service
equip you — to provide you with the support, training, resources you need
encourage you — to provide you with feedback and appreciation.
